  • Presentation by Jane Sinclair, General Manager of Health & Emergency Services, J.C. Gilbert, Deputy Chief of Operations, and Tanya Devries-Porter, Administrator for the County of Simcoe

  • Overview of the Health and Emergency Services and Municipal Requirements of the County, including:

    • The 2021 cost sharing breakdowns;

    • The legislative requirements under the Ambulance Act;

    • The paramedic services and operations for emergency medical responses;

    • The average call volume and response time for emergency medical responses;

    • An overview of funding received from the Ministry of Health;

    • The community support programs supported by the County, i.e., Public Access Defibrillator (PAD) and Community Paramedicine;
