The City operates two outdoor artificial ice skating rinks, opening December 21 (weather permitting), and open 10am to 10pm, seven days a week
- The City Hall rink is for pleasure skating (Simcoe Skate Rentals will operate out of the changeroom, schedule in memo)
- The rink at Will Dwyer Park (Centennial Park South) is hockey only
Natural ice rinks maintained by the Parks and Forestry Branch will open as weather permits
