• Directs the Manager of Economic Development to submit comprehensive comments reflecting the town's priorities, and authorizes the Deputy Chief Administrative Officer to engage in Phase 3 NGEP discussions and partnership negotiations with Enbridge Gas and other natural gas developers

• Confirms natural gas expansion is integrated into municipal planning, and commits to supporting projects through expedited approvals, development coordination and cost-sharing partnerships where possible
