  • That all unallocated funds from the 2022 International Relations Committee budget be donated at end of calendar year as a one-time grant to the Youth Ambassadors Legacy Fund in light of their efforts to restart their fundraising campaign that was halted due to the COVID pandemic.

  • Direct staff to investigate the feasibility of secure digital information management systems for delivering confidential items safely to members of Council and applicable staff, and report back by May 31 on viable options

  • AMENDMENT by Thomson: To add paragraph #2, that if the electronic delivery of confidential items is implemented, paper copies be prepared and distributed by the Clerk at the in camera meeting, in order to adhere to the procedural bylaw recently passed that does not allow electronic devices in in camera meetings
