  • Approve and move up the implementation of Capital Project 001251 - Sam Cancilla Master Plan to start in 2025 simultaneously with the Bayview Park Reservoir Project

    • As part of this project, staff are to review the design concept presented in the Open Delegation by M. Hassey to the Infrastructure and Community Investment Committee on April 30, and to engage with the property owner at Dunlop and Mulcaster

  • Approve Redwood's request for loan forgiveness in the amount of $500,000 against Redwood Park Community Inc.'s $3M promissory note agreement with the City of Barrie dated March 8, 2024 on the conditions that the repayment of $1.8M of the promissory note be made by June 30, 2025 and $700K by September 1, 2025 with loan forgiveness being funded from the Reinvestment Reserve or through Federal Government funding allocated for housing
