Staff are currently working on a communication strategy and plan, in consultation with Access Barrie
A public meeting is anticipated to be held in February with a survey to be posted for community feedback. A staff report will then be prepared for Council.

Patterson-McGrath discussed a presentation by Brent Toderian for a City of Pickering speaker series, and how his ideas would apply to Barrie.
Committee considered providing staff with a list of forward-thinking initiatives of other municipalities, what they are doing, how it could apply to Barrie, and potentially adding to the City's website.
