The Township of Springwater has revoked their support of using Minister's Zoning Orders for two developments just north of Barrie's city limits (meaning the developments would instead just go through the normal approval procedure)
Barrie's Mayor is threatening to expand the Barrie municipal boundary to annex those lands from Springwater in order to push the MZOs (instead of following usual approval channels)
