  • One Urban was given a 2-year freeze on Development Charges rates in December 2020, on the condition that if no building permit was in place at the end of that freeze, the rate would revert to normal – One Urban disagrees with the expiry of the discounted rate

🚧👷 Start of Construction for Dunlop Street Interchange Trunk Sanitary Relocation Project

  • The contract for the Dunlop Street Interchange Trunk Sanitary Relocation Project was awarded to Clearway Construction Incorporated, and will include installing new trunk sanitary sewer on Hart Drive, Dunlop Street, Cedar Pointe Drive and Edgehill, to facilitate the future Ministry of Transportation (MTO) Dunlop Interchange construction anticipated to start in 2023

  • Construction for the Sanitary Relocation will begin in June, 2023 and take approximately a year to complete
