Conditionally supporting the proposed boundary adjustment, minus the Highway 400/11 employment lands
County's support is contingent on the County receiving two Minister's Zoning Orders for employment lands in the Highway 400/Forbes Road and Craighurst areas
If the Province approves the annexation of Highway 400/11 employment lands south of Partridge Road, the County to be provided $5M by the City without conditions and the two MZOs to be issued prior to the lands being transferred
Province is asked to provide financial support for highway and airport infrastructure
County asks for the opportunity fo finalize its negotiations on the matter through the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing
