The 5 traffic cabinets being wrapped have been identified, members of Council are invited to add more through their Community Projects Fund

💰🧑💻 Guaranteed Livable Income for Municipal Workers

The Town of Grimsby is calling on other Ontario Municipalities to collect data of their housing and poverty statistics, and examine their pending economic vulnerability as a result.
The Town also calls on Ontario Municipalities to join them in advocating on behalf of their communities with this data, and write the Prime Minister, Premier and local politicians calling for a united effort in establishing a Guaranteed Livable Income program.
The Town of Grimsby also commits to undertaking a comprehensive assessment to explore the feasibility and implementation of a living wage policy for all Town of Grimsby employees, and explore becoming a living wage employer.
