Politics for Women is hosting the first Pints and Politics of 2022 – and the first virtual edition of Pints & Politics this Sunday, January 30th at 3pm. Led by former Foreign Service Officer (Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, now Global Affairs Canada) and Politics Instructor Jennifer Armstrong, Politics for Women is a local non-partisan organization that helps women to get involved in politics through education, encouragement and engagement. They provide information on how our governing systems work in Canada, and show you the many different ways you can make an impact on the decisions made in your community, province and country. Politics for Women encourages you to find your own unique contribution and your own power in politics.
2022 promises to be an exciting year politically, with both Provincial and Municipal elections in Ontario. Find out how to get involved, make connections, and enjoy a pint of your favourite brew (because you've got a good stock of your favourite brew at home, right? 😜 )
