The plan illustrates 4 blocks, 2 to be dedicated to the City as Environmental Protection, 1 to be developed for 81 townhouse units, and 1 to be dedicated to the City as a road widening.
No members of the public were registered to speak, and none spoke in the meeting

Application for a Zoning Bylaw Amendment, from "Residential Single Detached Dwelling Second Density" (R2) to "Residential Multiple Dwelling First Density" (RM1), to create one semi-detached residential dwelling with 2 units, and subdivide the property into two separate lots.

Only one member of the public spoke, Lorraine Moore, who was against the rezoning, feeling that 40-ft frontages are not a wise decision on an arterial road.
