Application submitted by KLM Planning Partners Inc. on behalf of Mapleview Developments Ltd.
The plan illustrates 4 blocks, 2 to be dedicated to the City as Environmental Protection, 1 to be developed for 81 townhouse units, and 1 to be dedicated to the City as a road widening.
No members of the public were registered to speak, and none spoke in the meeting

Application for a Zoning Bylaw Amendment, from "Residential Single Detached Dwelling Second Density" (R2) to "Residential Multiple Dwelling First Density" (RM1), to create one semi-detached residential dwelling with 2 units, and subdivide the property into two separate lots.
Application submitted by Innovative Planning Solutions on behalf of Data Tamer Inc. (â Michael Lato)
Only one member of the public spoke, Lorraine Moore, who was against the rezoning, feeling that 40-ft frontages are not a wise decision on an arterial road.
