We had all of four days to put it together, but here is Engage Barrie's response to the Staff Report (being delivered to General Committee tonight) on Ranked Ballot Elections.
We are calling on Council to refer this Report back to Staff for a more fulsome examination of the issue, as the advice given in this Report is based on incomplete and incorrect information.
