Dealing with the General Committee report was speedy, considering it was a 6-1/2 minute meeting with everything passed on consent!

Harvey had a motion without notice, to help Tourism Barrie pay for a consultant about Sport Tourism at the Sadlon Arena. As noted by the Mayor, smaller items had been refused in the budget that would help more people in the City. Unfortunately, not everyone agreed, and the motion passed 6-5.
