All members (both voting and non-voting) are invited to attend Engage Barrie Organization's first Annual Members Meeting on Sunday, November 27 at 4pm.
Members will receive attendance details (in-person or virtual) via email by Sunday, November 20, and information continues to be updated in the Forum in our "Annual General Meeting 2002" post (pinned to the top of the Member Information category).
Voting members will be sent panelist links to the Zoom meeting by Friday, November 25. Non-voting members may attend virtually by registering at https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN__IXiyaaNT4qAqHeDtHLAMg .
The in-person meeting will be held at the Gilbert Centre, 555-80 Bradford Street. Those attending in-person are requested to be masked, to ensure everyone's safety and accessibility. Light refreshments will be provided – if you plan to attend in-person, please RSVP to admin@engagebarrie.org, so we can plan accordingly!
The Board of Directors will give a review of the year since incorporating as a not-for-profit, and will present the 2021-22 Financial Statements. The next term of the Board of Directors will also be elected.
