All members (both voting and non-voting) are invited to attend Engage Barrie Organization's first Annual Members Meeting on Sunday, November 27 at 4pm. This is a "hybrid" meeting – you may attend in-person or virtually.
Agenda, Annual Report and other documents are in the Member Information channel of the Forum in our "Annual General Meeting 2002" post (pinned to the top of the Member Information category).
Voting members should have received their panelist link to the Zoom meeting – if you can't find it, join the general feed and we can bump you to panelist within the meeting. Non-voting members may attend virtually by registering at https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN__IXiyaaNT4qAqHeDtHLAMg .
The in-person meeting will be held at the Gilbert Centre, 555-80 Bradford Street. The building will be locked – please used Entrance #5, by the southwest parking lot (we'll have someone posted at the door to let you in).
Those attending in-person are requested to be masked, to ensure everyone's safety and accessibility. Light refreshments will be provided – if you plan to attend in-person, please RSVP to admin@engagebarrie.org, so we can plan accordingly!
The Board of Directors will give a review of the year since incorporating as a not-for-profit, and will present the 2021-22 Financial Statements. The next term of the Board of Directors will also be elected.
